Bollywood Rocks Delhi Fashion Week 2011

The divas of B'town were out in full swing at this year's Delhi Fashion Week. Attendees included the fabulous Madhuri Dixit and the wonderful Karisma Kapoor amongst others. But it was the newbies that were doing the show-stopping on the ramp.

Sonam Kapoor closed the show for Manish Malhotra and looked unrecognisably spectacular:

Sonakshi Sinha attempted a cat walk in this Shantanu and Nikhil number but looked a bit awkward:

Legendary diva Sharmila Tagore was also show-stopping:

The diva of the late 60s-70s walks the ramp for a recent fashion show.

The diva won the Filmfare Best Actress Award for her 1969 performance in Shakti Samanta's 'Aradhana' opposite Rajesh Khanna - And was more recently nominated for her performance in 'Viruddh' (2005) making her the oldest nominee at age 59.

She was last on our screens in 'Break Ke Baad' (2010) playing Deepika Padukone's mother - although I thought she was wasted in the movie.
